Chairman of the Board
A senior expert in Feed Technology, particularly in Mycotoxicology, Feed Additives, and Supplements, who holds a deep concern for integrated livestock practices and sustainable agricultural systems. He is also highly engaged in public activities related to food sovereignty.
Prof. Dr. Ir. Damayanti Buchori, M.Sc
Board Member
A Professor of Ecology and Insect Conservation, particularly specializing in landscape ecology, biodiversity, ecosystem services, and land use. Currently, her focus has expanded into interdisciplinary research on sustainable landscapes, encompassing socio-ecological studies on habitat transformation and the agriculture-forestry interphase.
Dr. Ir. Hery Santoso, MP.
Board Member
A senior anthropologist with a background in forestry education, focusing on the dynamics of rural farmers' lives in remote areas. Currently engaged in active research and book writing on social and economic issues within rural communities.
Anang Sabtoni, S.Hut
Supervisor
A senior activist with an educational background in forestry who is one of the pioneers of decentralization and village autonomy. He holds a keen interest in forestry issues, environmental sustainability, and village politics.

Director
Since 2015, Yudistira has gained experience in the field of research and regional economic development planning, specifically focusing on issues related to sustainable commodity-based economic development in underdeveloped rural areas and remote small islands.
Raditya Windar Anggoro
Administration and Finance Manager
Raditya Windar, previously served as an Expert Consultant at the Livestock Study Center of Gadjah Mada University and worked with a financial consulting firm. Since 2016, Raditya has concentrated on financial governance in various sectors, including SMEs, profit-oriented organizations, governmental bodies, and non-profit institutions.

Knowledge Management and Public Communications Manager
As a millennial Forester, Eka is dedicated to advocating forest conservation efforts through innovative platforms that engage across generations. Eka's experiences in supporting and researching the livelihoods of communities around forests are consistently documented in his social media footprint.
Sunaring Kurniandaru
Personnel and Safeguarding Manager
Sunaring Kurniandaru has experience as a community facilitator and companion in rural areas and forest regions. Naring has an interest in environmental education, disaster risk reduction, social impact assessments, and vulnerable group studies.

Climate Change Specialist
Astarina has completed her bachelor's and master's degrees at the Faculty of Forestry, Gadjah Mada University. For over a decade, she has been involved in various programs related to the environment, forestry, and climate change. Currently, Astarina is focusing on the development of social forestry as well as climate change mitigation and adaptation.
Akhmad Arief Fahmi
Landscape Approach Specialist
Over the past decade, Arief has dedicated himself to programs utilizing a landscape approach, involving the development of concepts, regional planning documents, collaborative plans, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Arief has been actively contributing to several books related to sustainable landscape management practices.

Innovative Product Development Specialist
Anto pursued his education at the Faculty of Forestry, Gadjah Mada University, and later specialized in environmental conservation, forest area conservation, wildlife preservation, and the development of local community capacities around forests.
